How it Works

  • Decide which plan is best for you and purchase it online through the links on this page.

  • After you purchase your bundle you will receive an email from Fullscript with your blood draw requisition (please wait up to 24 hours to get your requisition).

    You will then be able to punch in your zip code and choose a location, day, and time convenient for you to have your blood drawn.

  • Once you complete your draw one of two things will happen depending on which bundle you chose:

    Essential: wait up 3 weeks for all results to come in, and for Dr. Jen to interpret your results and create your personalized summary and DIY plan.

    Advanced: wait up to 2 weeks for all results to come in. Once all results are in Rachell will reach out to schedule your Functional Medicine consultation with Dr. Jen.

What’s Tested

  • Complete Blood Count with differential and platelets provides a general hematologic assessment.

  • This includes 14 blood tests that provide important information about multiple systems in the body.

  • Total cholesterol, Triglycerides, HDL, LDL, VLDL

  • High Sensitivity C Reactive Protein - an important marker for inflammation

  • Marker that tells us how well the body has been regulating blood sugar over the past 3 months.

  • Total iron, % saturation, TIBC, UIBC, ferritin

  • TSH, Total T3, Total T4, Free T4, Free T3, T3 Uptake, and thyroid antibodies

  • Insight in crucial B vitamin status

  • Marker that tells us how well the body is utilizing B vitamins like B12 and Folate

  • Nothing more to say :)

  • Self explanatory :)

  • Insuline, GGT, LD, uric acid

*Additional markers can be added if desired or indicated for an additional fee.
