During your Initial Consultation, you’ll meet with Dr. Jen to dive deep into your health history, lifestyle, and symptoms. This conversation helps uncover the root causes of your concerns and lays the foundation for a customized plan tailored to your unique needs.

To gain deeper insights into your health, we may recommend lab testing. These tests provide valuable data on your gut health, hormones, nutrient levels, and more—helping us create a precise and effective strategy for your healing.

Once your lab results are in, we’ll schedule a case review to go over your findings.
In this visit Dr. Jen will explain the results in detail and present a step-by-step plan to address imbalances, optimize function, and move you toward lasting wellness.

With your personalized protocol in hand, it’s time to take action! This may include targeted nutrition, lifestyle modifications, supplements, and other healing strategies designed to restore balance and improve your overall well-being.
Rachell, our Integrative Nutrition expert, is here to help you implement your protocol and ensure you are successful.

We are a cash-based practice and do not bill insurance.
HSA and FSA are accepted and are great options.

All functional medicine appointments are conducted virtually, so we can work with you no matter where you’re located in North Carolina or beyond.

Most clients work with us for 3–9 months initially, but timelines vary depending on your health goals and complexity.
